Legacy cases started as an easy, compacy way to house and transport your Eurorack modular synthesizers with endless configurations to fit your needs.
Since they have been discontinued, 4ms now produces Pods, a low-cost, portable, compact enclosure system that can turn Eurorack modules into table-top instruments.
Connecting Rows :
Each Modular Row is a stand-alone unit that can connect with other Modular Rows to form a small or large case system.
Rows connect directly to each other with built-in latches (no tools required!)
Angled connectors allow for 30 and 45 degree angles
Legs screw onto any Row to provide support and ergonomic angles.
Power :
Available as a powered unit (ready for modules), or unpowered
Powered Modular Rows (3U) include a Row Power 30 module, a pair of flying bus cables, and a power brick or power daisy-chain cable
Powered Double Modular Rows (6U) include a Row Power 40 module, two pairs of flying bus cables, and a power brick or power daisy-chain cable
Two barrel jacks on Row Power modules allow for daisy-chaining Rows from a single power brick
Construction :
Row Modules come in two sizes: 2" module depth or 3" module depth
All aluminum construction and stainless steel hardware
0.25" thick aluminum end-caps provide excellent strength and rigidity
0.125" thick aluminum back panel and extruded rails protect your modules in case of an accident
M2.5 threaded inserts allow for quick installation of modules. No sliding nuts!

Powered Thin or Thick Single (Row Power 30) : +12V=1.5A, -12V=0.75A, +5V=0.5A
Powered Double (Row Power 40) : +12V=1.5A, -12V=1.25A, +5V=1.5A
Power module size : 4HP
Number of male 16-pin power connectors : 13 per Thin/Thick single row, 26 per Double Row. Additional Flying Bus cables can be daisy-chained to provide more connectors.
Maximum number of Rows powered by one 90W power brick: 3-5 typical (depends on actual power usage).
